It's baffling there isn’t a washing machine available— the laundry costs are absurd!!! Also, a microwave would make a world of difference in the kitchen!!! Don't even get me started on the Nespresso machine issues!!!

I had a nice time at Oakwood. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a great kitchen with everything I needed. The location was perfect, a quick walk to Paragon Mall and Mount Elizabeth Hospital. I really appreciated the free coffee available in the lobby every morning, it was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to help. However, I faced a few issues. The pool was smaller than I expected, and the cleaning service only came every other day, which was okay but not ideal because we tended to accumulate trash from takeout. They provided only one small bottle of shampoo and soap for the week, so bringing extra would have been helpful.

It was just an ideal choice for a short layover in Singapore with outstanding value. The room was nice and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long flight. Don't expect daily cleaning. take your trash out when you need to.

I stayed in a Studio Premier for 14 nights. The location was great, but I encountered cleanliness issues with stained linens and bugs in the shower. Housekeeping was inconsistent, which disrupted my experience. Be cautious with laundry service as items may not be returned in good condition.

The Studio Deluxe was surprisingly spacious, with an excellent shower and high-quality towels. The kitchen was functional and included a nice water dispenser, adding convenience. I appreciated the artistic decor that gave the apartment a cozy, homey feel, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. However, the microwave was a bit advanced for me, and a toaster could have been made more accessible. Also, although I enjoyed iced coffee from the nearby store, meal options could be more clearly communicated during check-in.
